Matt Taylor has been the Head Professional at Wisehaven since October of 2020 after serving 9 years as the Director of Tennis at Fountain Head Country Club in Hagerstown, Maryland. He is a 2011 magna cum laude graduate from Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Tennis Management. He has been a USPTA certified professional for the past 12 years and has over 15 years of experience in the tennis industry. Matt enjoys working with children and adults of all ages and ability levels. He also regularly competes in USTA league play and tournaments as a 5.0 rated player. He most recently paired up with Phil Myers to win a gold ball in doubles at the National Men’s 30& Over Grass Court tournament in Philadelphia in August of 2021, while also taking home the bronze ball in singles.
